* Hannya Mask *
The Hannya mask is a traditional Japanese mask used in Noh theater, representing a jealous and vengeful female demon. The mask is characterized by its sharp horns, metallic eyes, and a leering mouth with fangs. The Hannya mask is often associated with the transformation of a woman into a demon due to intense jealousy or rage.
The name Hannya is a Sino - Japanese word for prajna or wisdom.The Hannya mask portrays the souls of women who have become demons due to obsession or jealousy (similar to the Buddhist concept of a Hungry ghost)

Oni are mythical creatures in Japanese folklore, depicted as ogre-like demons with horns, wild hair, and fierce expressions, commonly associated with evil, mischief, and malevolence, but they can also be seen as guardians or protectors from evil spirits or negative energies. Oni embody both fearsome and protective qualities, reflecting the complexity of human nature.

Hannya ring, inspired by the Hannya mask in Japanese Noh theater, represents a vengeful spirit or demon, often associated with intense emotions like anger and jealousy. It's commonly used in Japanese arts to convey complex psychological states. The ring symbolizes the wearer’s connection to these intense emotions or their resilience in overcoming them, embracing inner struggles or transformation.
