~Meditation can ease chronic pain, anxiety, stress, improve heart health, boost mood and immunity, and resolve pregnancy problems.

* Vajra *
The Tibetan Buddhist Symbol "Vajra" represents wisdom and protection.
A vajra is a weapon used as a ritual object to symbolize both the properties of a diamond (indestructibility) and a thunderbolt (irresistible force). The Sanskrit word has both these meanings.
The double Dorje represents that which cannot be destroyed, but which destroys all evil.

* Om Mani Padme Hum *
The first word, Om, symbolizes the prayer's impure body, speech, and mind, and also symbolizes the purity Buddha. Mani = jewel, symbolizes the altruistic intention to practice compassion and love.
PADME = lotus, symbolizes Wisdom. Purity must be achieved by an indivisible unity of method and wisdom, symbolized by the final syllable HUM, which indicates indivisibility.
Thus the six syllables, om mani padme hum, mean that you can transform your impure body, speech, and mind into the pure exalted body, speech- and this with great practicing of the union of method and wisdom, and mind of a Buddha.
